We have added senior hands to the Dubai team: an account director, an art director and a media planner.

The Gulf roster has grown faster than we expected, and flying a full team in from Beirut for every pitch stopped making sense somewhere around the third brief of the quarter. Local hands mean shorter lead times, better market knowledge and fewer surprises with media rates.

Beirut remains the creative base. Dubai is now a full campaign base rather than a satellite.
